Kyle Richards revealed that her sister Kim Richards is doing “better” after a recent public sighting sparked concern and nearly two years after their family drama spilled into court.
“She’s doing okay,” the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 57, told TMZ, adding that Kim, 61, is “better than” she was during their eviction dispute.
Kyle sued Kim to remove her from a two-bedroom condo in Encino, Calif. Kim did not respond, and a default judgment ultimately required her to leave.
“It was a long time ago,” Kyle said of the legal drama.

Asked whether the decision amounted to tough love, Kyle made clear her sister still has plenty of support.
“Yes, of course,” she answered. “She has a big family that loves her very much.”
The update comes days after Kim was photographed sitting barefoot on a park bench in Santa Monica while painting, prompting fans to express concern. TMZ later reported that Kim was doing well and that Kyle had helped her secure another home near the beach.
Kim is also reportedly spending time with her four children.
Kyle and Kim have had a complicated relationship for years, much of it documented on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Their conflicts have included arguments over Kim’s struggles with addiction, family finances and housing, including a widely discussed 2015 confrontation that aired on the show.
