Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky announced their decision to divorce a year ago after 27 years of marriage…but they still have not signed the papers and are reportedly not in any rush.
A source told PEOPLE that they are “working on how to establish their individual lives while remaining connected as a family.”
The insider added, “After being in a routine for decades, they have had a lot to figure out while navigating their new normal. Going through a separation has been challenging enough that no one is rushing to get a divorce.”
In April, she shared that they had taken a break from couple’s therapy.
Kyle and Mauricio met in 1994 and tied the knot two years later, in 1996. They share daughters Alexia, 27, Sophia, 24, and Portia, 16. Kyle also has a daughter from a previous relationship, Farrah Brittany, who is 35.
It is rumored that Kyle is in a romantic relationship with country singer Morgan Wade.
