Kyle Richards is not holding back when it comes to Ashley Darby’s interaction with her estranged husband, Mauricio Umansky. During a recent Amazon Live appearance, the The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star weighed in after the moment aired on The Real Housewives of Potomac.
“I don’t know how it was portrayed because I haven’t seen the scenes,” Kyle said.
“But if she was flirting, that’s weird.” The reality star made it clear she draws a firm line when it comes to dating within the Bravo universe. “I would never be able to date anybody that any of the women dated or were married to,” she added. “That’s just weird. You’re embarrassing yourself doing that on camera.”

Kyle also shared that Gizelle Bryant contacted her ahead of the episode after the cast crossed paths with Mauricio during a trip to Aspen. “She texted me right away because she felt uncomfortable,” Kyle explained. “She just wanted me to know.”
While Gizelle later joked she would have pursued Mauricio if not for Kyle, Ashley shut down any speculation. “I didn’t have Mauricio on my radar at all,” she said.
Still, Kyle stood by her reaction. “Everyone can do what they want,” she noted, “but I thought that was embarrassing.”
