Kim Zolciak is back in the headlines after getting dragged into the middle of boyfriend Kyle Mowitz’s ongoing divorce battle.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Kyle’s estranged wife, Jillian Green, is asking a judge to intervene over what she claims is excessive spending tied to Kyle’s relationship with Kim.
Jillian alleges Kyle has spent considerable sums on Kim and her family while their divorce case continues, and that he has covered legal fees related to Kim’s split from former NFL player Kroy Biermann and also helped pay her rent. Jillian is now requesting an injunction to block additional major purchases and wants some of Kyle’s money placed into escrow until the divorce is finalized.
In the filing, Jillian reportedly described Kyle’s spending as “out of control” and claimed there is “every reason to believe the millions of dollars” expected from his business ventures “will disappear quickly” without court involvement.
The documents also accuse Kyle of spending money on luxury trips, wine, an expensive vehicle, and gifts for his “celebrity girlfriend.” Jillian additionally expressed concern over future loans or purchases involving Kim, whom she allegedly described as Kyle’s “potential future wife.”
Kim was previously pulled into the divorce proceedings after Jillian subpoenaed her for a deposition last year.
