In his filing to the court, Kroy Biermann again claimed that his estranged wife Kim Zolciak is abusive to him in front of their children.
According to Page Six, Kroy filed new court documents requesting a court-appointed guardian for their four minor children … Kroy Jr., 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kaia and Kane, 9 … to investigate his allegations.
Kroy reportedly also claimed in his filing that while he “attempts to shield the children from the negative fall-out” of their divorce, Zolciak continues to direct “abusive, profane, and threat-laden language” at him with “little concern if the children are present.”
Kroy also claims Kim “frequently takes videos of herself” while driving with their children.
Speaking to US Weekly, Biermann’s divorce lawyer, Marlys A. Bergstrom, said Kroy wants to appoint family law attorney Diane Woods to be the court-appointed guardian. He told the outlet that Woods would act as “an attorney for the children and as the eyes and ears of the court” throughout the legal battle.
“[The guardian] can do whatever investigation she feels necessary to help the court determine what custodial arrangement is in the best interest of the children,” Bergstrom said. “Ms. Diane Woods is a very experienced and well-respected Guardian Ad Litem.”
