Kroy Biermann is facing another costly legal headache, this time over more than $64,000 tied to a debt with a Bahamas casino.
Court documents show the former NFL player was ordered to pay $52,500, plus $11,927.35 in attorneys’ fees and costs, after allegedly failing to repay money connected to a 2021 trip to Baha Mar Casino.
Sky Warrior, which handles casino credit lines at the resort, originally sued Kroy in 2023. The company claimed he obtained a $100,000 line of credit, used $52,500 in gambling markers, and left without repaying the balance.
“Despite multiple demands, Biermann has failed and refused to pay the Outstanding Amount,” the lawsuit stated.
After Kroy defaulted, Sky Warrior sought to enforce the judgment in Georgia. A Fulton County judge approved the transfer earlier this year, and Biermann, 40, was served at his home on August 28.
The latest financial trouble comes amid years of money problems for Kroy and estranged wife Kim Zolciak. Their divorce remains ongoing, and the former couple lost their Alpharetta home last year.
Kim is also facing separate lawsuits involving alleged unpaid debts.
The family is simultaneously dealing with serious legal trouble involving their teenage son Kroy “KJ” Biermann Jr., who was arrested in August and later indicted on multiple charges. His attorney has denied wrongdoing, while Kim has publicly defended her son and is standing beside him.
