Kodak Black’s drug trafficking arrest video has surfaced online.
“This dude just gave me some weed,” Kodak Black says in the clip. “I don’t even smoke weed. I don’t got no weed in my system, but he just gave me a few buds at the gas station. I don’t even smoke no more. He gave me a few buds, but I don’t even smoke weed. I swear to God.”
Kodak admits he does not have a marijuana card. Officers searched his car and then found the oxycodone pills and a reported $74,960 in cash. Yak was arrested and charged for possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and traffick in Oxycodone 14 less than 25 grams. He was released from jail the following day on a $75,000 bond.
The rapper was then placed on house arrest. His attorney Brandford Cohen claims Yak has a prescription for the pills.
Kodak claims he was racially profiled.
