Kim Zolciak’s teenage son, KJ Biermann, is pushing for a Georgia judge to revisit a previous decision in his sexual assault case as he continues fighting seven felony charges.
The 15-year-old filed a motion on Wednesday, Oct. 14, asking the court to reconsider an Oct. 5 order, according to documents Page Six reviewed.
KJ also submitted a separate request for a certificate of immediate review. Both filings are sealed, and the court has not made details about the disputed ruling public.
The filings coincided with an Oct. 14 hearing that KJ was not required to attend.
KJ, whose full name is Kroy Biermann Jr., was arrested Aug. 17 after a female classmate accused him of sexually assaulting her at an Alpharetta, Ga., fitness center in April.
He faces charges including aggravated sexual battery, aggravated sodomy, aggravated child molestation, and false imprisonment.

The teenager has pleaded not guilty to all seven felony counts.
After spending more than a month in juvenile detention, KJ was released in September on a $200,000 bond. He must stay at his mother’s home, attend virtual school, and refrain from using a cellphone or social media.
Zolciak has publicly supported her son, calling the accusations “reckless and deeply troubling.”
His lawyer, Jason Sheffield, has maintained that KJ is innocent.
Zolciak shares KJ and three younger children with her estranged husband, former NFL star Kroy Biermann, amid their ongoing divorce.
