One of Kim Zolciak’s sons admitted to firing a pellet gun near a neighboring equestrian property after police were called over concerns that horses were being scared.
According to a July 14, 2026 police report obtained by TMZ, officers responded to the Equestrian Reserve across from the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star’s Alpharetta, Georgia, home.
An employee told police she believed one of Kim’s children had been firing pellets from the house toward the facility. The reality star said no horses or people were struck, but believed the shots were meant to frighten the animals.
The responding officer reported seeing roughly 20 to 30 pellets scattered along the roadway near the property.
Police later went to Kim’s home, where two boys answered the door. According to the report, one was Kim’s son and admitted to shooting the pellet gun.
He denied trying to hit any horses or people.
The ranch employee also told officers there had been previous issues involving children at the home, including fireworks being set off and alleged rude behavior when confronted.
No arrests were made and no charges were filed.
Kim’s family son Kroy Jr. was recently released from jail after being accused of sexually assaulting a schoolmate. Prosecutors are pursuing him as an adult.
