Kim Zolciak’s boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz, wants a judge to keep Kroy Biermann away from his children.
In new court documents obtained by TMZ, Kyle raised concerns about his estranged wife Jillian Green’s relationship with Kroy, claiming the former NFL player should not be around the kids because of his alleged unpredictable behavior.
Kyle said he is not objecting to Jillian dating Kroy, but argued that his concern is strictly about the children.
According to the filing, Kyle believes there is a potential “risk of danger and harm” if Kroy is allowed around them, and he accused Jillian of lying about the relationship for months and claimed paperwork she filed in their divorce contains “untruths.”
Kyle also denied rumors that he cheated on Jillian with Kim but says that Jillian was the one who was unfaithful during a 2024 trip to Las Vegas and claimed she confessed to the affair during a deposition.
Kroy has been in the headlines following his son’s recent legal woes.
His son, Kroy “KJ” Biermann Jr. is facing seven felony charges stemming from an alleged April 23 sexual assault at a metro Atlanta fitness center. A grand jury indicted him on charges including aggravated child molestation, aggravated sexual battery, aggravated sodomy, false imprisonment and three counts of sexual battery against a child under 16.
He was arrested on August 17 and later granted bond with restrictions discussed in court, including a curfew, ankle monitoring and he is also prohibited from any contact with minors under the age of 16.
Kim has publicly denied the allegations on her son’s behalf, saying he “categorically denies” the accusations.
