Kim Zolciak-Biermann is being sued for her unpaid Target credit card bill.
According to court docs, Kim has a $2,482.24 balance owed since September 2022.
Target National Bank sued the reality star, claiming that she “failed, neglected and refused” to pay off the principal balance. TD Bank has now taken over the outstanding account and is trying to collect the debt.
Kim split from her husband, Kroy Biermann, earlier this year. In the papers filed, Kroy alleged Kim had a gambling addiction.
“The financial burdens have been a strain on their relationship,” a source told Us Weekly at the time. “Between the tax debt and other financial stresses, it’s been difficult. The tax debt was the straw that broke the camel’s back in their marriage.”
In his court filing, Kroy claimed their kids are are in danger when they’re with Kim because, for starters, she “frequently takes videos of herself while she is driving, even when the children are with her in the car.”
