Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are divorcing again, and now Media Take Out has learned that the couple is claiming that they need court intervention – to avoid “financial devastation.”
Kroy, 37, filed the paperwork on Thursday, asking the judge’s permission to sell the couple’s Atlanta mansion quickly, according to TMZ.
He asked for an emergency hearing to authorize the sale of the $3million pad, which Kim, 45, and Kroy both currently live in with their six children.
According to the legal documents, reviewed by Media Take Out, selling the house could help Kroy cover what he described as “significant debt” that built up over the years.
Through his lawyer, Marlys A. Bergstrom, he said that despite the “financial devastation” brought upon the family by Kim, he continued making monthly payments on the house to stave off the auction.
Kroy alleges that his estranged wife Kim has a pretty serious gambling problem – and she spent up all of the couple’s savings. The former NFL player claims that Kim even gambled away their kids’ college money.
