Kim Kardashian is in Tokyo currently – and one on her photographer friends snapped an unfiltered photo of Kanye’s ex.

And the photo shows what Kim’s face looks like now – after dozens of procedures. And let’s just say … it’s not what it used to be.

In fact many on social media are cruelly comparing Kim’s new face, with the mask from the horror film SCREAM. Here’s what the Scream mask looks like.
