Khloe Kardashian is going viral, after her brand new nose job appeared to have collapsed last week while she was accepting a People’s Choice Award, Media Take Out has learned.
Khloe has gotten a bunch of plastic surgery in the past. But her latest surgery – an apparent nose job – seems to be the straw that broke the camels back and destroyed her entire face.
To get an idea of how much she’s changed. This is what Khloe’s face looked like, just a few months ago. Her nose was cute and natural.
But this is what she looks like now. She was accepting an award at the People’s choice awards, and her nostril appeared to collapse.

In 2012, she co-hosted the second season of the US adaptation of The X Factor with actor Mario Lopez.
