Khloe Kardashian opened up about what it’s like to co-parent her newborn son with Tristan Thompson.
Khloe and Tristan conceived their son via surrogate in November 2021. A month later, rumors circulated that Tristan had cheated on her and impregnated Maralee Nichols.
“Being able to shape little people into really incredible big people is an honor and a gift,” the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star told Elle Magazine. “I know it’s cliché, but I love everything, even the hard parts [of parenting],” she said. “It’s super scary, but I take my job very seriously. We have to take those roles seriously, especially in today’s day and age, with how much accessibility children have and the information they’re exposed to so young.”
After paternity tests confirmed Tristan fathered Maralee’s son, Theo, Tristan released an apology.
“Khloe, you don’t deserve this,” he wrote on social media at the time. “You don’t deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you. You don’t deserve the way I have treated you over the years. My actions certainly have not lined up with the way I view you.”
