Miesha Shakes, the former assistant of comedian Kevin Hart, is trying to have the NDA she signed while working with the star thrown out because she says that at the time, she was suffering from “mental health issues.”
Miesha worked for the Harts between August 2017 and October 2020.
In the viral interview with Tasha K, she claimed Kevin repeatedly cheated on his wife, Eniko, and that he even had an illegal shower built in his office so that he could clean off after sleeping with other women.
Miesha also claims the comedian has a gambling problem.
“At the time of signing the NDA, I was suffering from significant mental health issues and was under considerable financial distress due to my unemployment. Hart was fully aware of my ongoing health issues and critical need for health insurance and funds, as I could not afford health insurance or my prescribed medications,” she wrote in her filing.

She added, “At the time I executed the NDA, I was not aware that it included a confidentiality clause as I was told by Hart that it was simply a mutual release and it would benefit me and my family.”
Kevin Hart claims Tasha K reached out to him before the interview aired to try and extort him for $250,000 to stop the interview from being released.
He is suing them for defamation.
