Kevin Hart has filed a lawsuit against Tasha K and his former assistant Miesha Shakes after a recent interview made some shocking claims about the star.
Miesha worked for the Harts between August 2017 to October 2020.
In the interview, she claimed Kevin repeatedly cheated on his wife, Eniko, and that he even had an illegal shower built in his office so that he could clean off after sleeping with other women.
Miesha also claims the comedian has a gambling problem.
Not only does Hart say the allegations are false, but he also claimed Tasha K threatened to air the interview unless he paid her $250,000…which he did not.
Hart contacted the police and issued a cease and desist order to Tasha K asking that she not publish the interview, citing an NDA between Miesha and Hart, and that posting the interview “would constitute intentional interference with contractual relations.”
Hart’s lawsuit adds the interview “included false and defamatory statements regarding Hart and certain legal disputes in which he had been involved,” and that his former assistant said things “that were false, including that Hart recorded a video of a sexual encounter, and that he faced criminal charges regarding that supposed incident.”
