Kevin Hart isn’t playing around with Tasha K and is accusing the Youtuber of hiding her money in “shell companies” in his lawsuit against her.

Hart sued Tasha K after she released an interview with his former assistant, accusing him of cheating on his wife, having a bad gambling problem and other infractions.

In his lawsuit, the comedian says Tasha K’s team tried to extort him for $250,000 before dropping the interview. She released the interview online after they refused to pay…allegedly.

In the new filing, the Hollywood actor included the company Yelen Entertainment LLC as a defendant. Tasha’s husband is reportedly the principal of Yelen and that Yelen is “responsible for content [Tasha] publishes.” He also claims that Tasha used to have a company called Kebe Studios before Yelen was launched, Radar Online reports.

His filing alleges Yelen were “merely shell entities, and shams of one another, through which [Tasha] carried out her business in entity names, and that at all times mentioned, [Tasha] treated Kebe Studios and Yelen, and used the assets of Kebe Studios and Yelen, as her own personal property, and dominated, controlled and operated Kebe Studios and Yelen to conceal her wrongful activities, suit her personal convenience, and avoid obligations and liabilities, both monetary and non-monetary, owed to others.”
