Viewers of the Real Housewives of Atlanta are calling for Kenya Moore’s position on the show to be reinstated immediately after Bravo aired the first confrontation between her and newbie Brittany Eady.
During last night’s episode, Kelli Ferrell, another show newcomer’s charity event with Balmain, was raised, and she brought up Drew Sidora not buying anything.
As this showdown is happening, Brit reads out a question in front of the group, asking whether Kenya will speak to her respectfully that night. Brit denies writing the question, but Kenya accuses her of just “wanting a moment” and calling herself a “queen” before referring to Brit as a “peasant,” which immediately angers Brit.
Brit continues to rant and then calls her husband mid-confrontation, and she can be heard saying, “I mean, I still got my pistol so.”
When details of the conflict first surfaced last year, Brit denied making threats about a firearm or even owning a firearm. After the network carried out its investigation, it decided to suspend Kenya, who reportedly retaliated by sharing graphic pictures of Brit. However, despite her obvious threat in last night’s episode, Brit did not face any consequences for her actions.
Earlier this month, Porsha Williams revealed on The Breakfast Club that Brit said some “dangerous things” to Kenya on the show.
“The Kenya that I saw this season was not wanting to be in beef and drama too much, like you can even see that in the first episode, she really kind of chilled with it, not her normal self,” said Porsha at the time. “I just feel like mix in the newbie, and some things that were said that were dangerous from the newbie, I felt like Kenya then decided to be even more dangerous.”
Viewers are now calling for Brit to be fired from the show.
“Did Brit just say I still got my pistol?? So Kenya was clearly telling the truth that Brit threatened her with a gun. I’m so confused as to why the producers said that did not happen when the camera captured it,” one viewer tweeted.
Another viewer wrote, “How we go from Peasants to Pistols!?@KenyaMoore didn’t start it. The minute guns were mentioned/involved is when Britt should’ve been removed from the show. “
