Kenya Moore has been suspended indefinitely from filming the 16th season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta after she allegedly shared explicit images of franchise newbie Brittany Eady at the grand opening of her Kenya Moore Hair Spa in Atlanta.
Speaking to ET, a source told them that “the network is still reviewing the content Kenya displayed during filming.”
Earlier this month, shortly after Kenya made her grand entrance to her events, she walked over to a series of posters she had set up inside the venue and asked for the crowd’s attention.
She then uncovered the posters – which showed very explicit and graphic images purportedly of her rival Brittany …. performing fellatio on a man.
Eady later took to her social media to seemingly address the controversy, writing in part, “It’s never a good feeling being targeted or HAZED BY SOMEONE I thought would embrace me into a new circle, that I never met.”
Kenya hopped on social media to deny the allegations.
“I would never engage in revenge porn, I have never distributed private images or footage of anyone, nor solicited images owned by others to use to threaten or blackmail. I have always been vindicated. I can’t talk about STORY even with people planting fake news,” she wrote on X.
Fans are questioning why Kenya was so quick to be suspended when Vanderpump Rules star Tom Sandoval recorded a video of Raquel Leviss intimately touching herself without her consent and was not suspended and received more TV offers because of the #Scandoval backlash.
In May, a Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge, Daniel M. Crowley, ruled that Leviss’ claims that her intimate FaceTime conversations with Sandova were adequately considered “contemporaneous” and “confidential” and won the right to continue her lawsuit against him.
