Kenya Moore is facing a legal setback involving her Atlanta hair salon.
Court records obtained by TMZ show a Georgia judge has ordered the company behind the Kenya Moore Hair Spa to pay more than $80,000 in a dispute with its landlord. Kenya’s’s business entity, Moore Vision Media, was instructed to pay $43,988 by late February and an additional $43,988.67 by late March, bringing the total to $87,976.
The ruling also requires the company to continue paying roughly $5,500 per month in rent unless the space is vacated.
The salon, which opened in 2024, became the subject of a lawsuit filed by Northland Chamblee LLC in October 2025. The landlord alleged unpaid rent and utility bills under the lease agreement, claiming payments stopped in December 2024.

Weeks after the judge issued the order, the landlord returned to court alleging Kenya’s company failed to make the first payment on time and asked for immediate possession of the property. A judge has not yet ruled on that request.
Kenya, who used to star on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, has denied wrongdoing. Her company argued the landlord failed to complete the requested improvements to the space.
Moore has not publicly commented on the latest development.
