Kelsey Nicole has addressed the rumors that the drama from the July 2020 shooting stemmed from the fact that Kelsey found out her bestie had been sleeping with Tory Lanez.
Kelsey and Tory were allegedly seeing each other when Kelsey found out Meg had gone behind her back and slept with Tory too.
“[I]t did end up coming out that night that she had been betraying me,” she said on her interview with The Danza project. “Of course it’s like, damn, why it have to come out like this? You should be able to come to me and say this. That way we can laugh in n-ggas’ faces, not n-ggas laughing at us.”
Megan denied in an interview with Gayle King that she had been intimate with Tory but later confessed in court that it was true. Kelsey says the betrayal was not the reason they are no longer speaking.
“The whole situation with her doing whatever behind my back that is not while we fell out. It is so unclear to me why we fell out. I’m the type of person who likes to communicate things. Some people don’t like to communicate. But you would think when you have this. When you are close to this person and this person is supposed to be you know like your best friend, your family, your sister that you will be able to talk about these things and you know agree to disagree,” she said.
