Kelly Dodd is denying wrongdoing in a misdemeanor case involving alleged revenge porn and battery.
The Real Housewives of Orange County alum spoke about the case on SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live, where host Jeff Lewis asked for an update. Kelly appeared irritated by the topic.
“What TMZ is alleging is complete and utter bulls–t,” Kelly said. “The DA did not suggest that at all.”
Kelly then dismissed the idea that she had secretly recorded or captured sexual images.
“That I had taken p*rno pictures of someone having sex. That’s not even what happened. Like at all,” she said. “And I’m not pleading guilty.”
Kelly believes the case will not stand, adding, “I know my lawyer said these charges will be dismissed.”
Lewis said he understood that Kelly did not record anyone without consent or take photos without consent, and then asked if the image at issue may have been sent to her by someone else. Kelly stopped short of answering.
“This is so crazy,” Kelly added. “How this bulls–t is like happening to me, like in the weirdest way. Like, I don’t get it.”
