Kelli Ferrell is returning to court in an ongoing dispute with her ex-husband, Mark Ferrell.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta personality claims Mark has fallen behind on child support payments for their three children, according to court documents. Kelli, who has primary custody, alleges that Mark failed to pay the required monthly support for January and February.
The filing states the missed payments total $7,982, based on a court-ordered amount of $3,991 per month. Kelli claims Mark has the ability to pay but has “willfully failed” to do so, which she says has created financial strain for their family.
The former couple married in 2011 before separating more than a decade later. Their divorce was finalized in September 2024 after several years of legal disputes.
The conflict over finances has surfaced before. Last year, Mark was briefly jailed after Kelli accused him of failing to pay back support. He was later released after paying the outstanding balance.
A representative for Mark told TMZ he has been communicating with Kelli’s legal team about his current financial situation and efforts to find employment.
“Mr. Ferrell wants to support his children and remain an active father in their lives,” the representative said, adding that he has shared financial records to demonstrate his circumstances.
