Keke Palmer and her boyfriend Darius Jackson are locked in what is gearing up to be one o sth most bitter child support battles in modern history.
As Media Take Out has reported, Keke recently split with Darius – who had been a stay at home father to their son Leo.
Now Keke is hoping to gain FULL custody of their son, and not pay Darius anything. And Keke is claiming that Darius “abused” her in new legal documents – and reasons that as a result of Darius’ alleged abuse, she should get sole legal custody of their son.
In addition to sole custody of their 8-month-old son, Leodis., Keke is also seeking a restraining order against Darius.
Keke, 30, accused Darius, 29, of abusing her multiple times over the course of their two-year relationship in court documents filed on Thursday, November 9.
If what Keke says is true, Media take Out has learned that Darius will most likely lose custody of their son …. and maybe more importantly lose out on the GIGANTIC child support payments that he would be entitled to receive from Keke as Leo’s primary custodial parent.
And Keke claims to have evidence of the alleged abuse. She has security footage from a November 5 incident in which Darius “trespassed into my home without my knowledge or consent” and “threatened” her before “lunging for my neck, striking me, throwing me over the couch and stealing my phone.
Keke also claims that there have been “many instances of physical violence” with Darius that include “destroying my personal property, including diaries and prescription eyeglasses, throwing my belongings into the street, throwing my car keys to prevent me from driving away, hitting [me] in front of our son, spewing profanities about me to our son, threatening to kill himself with a gun if I left him, harassment, and other physical and emotional abuse.”
Keke’s filing comes after months of speculation about her and Jackson’s relationship status following his comments about Palmer’s attire at an Usher concert. In the photos from the Las Vegas concert, Keke was wearing a black bodysuit with a sheer black polka dot cover-up.
