The rumor mill is buzzing with news that Keke Palmer and her ex Darius Jackson may be getting back together, Media Take Out has learned.
The couple, who share a son Leo together, split up in one of the messiest and most bitter separations ever.
Keke initially ended the relationship, and she went scorched earth when Darius attempted to get child support from her.
But according to one entertainment insider, Keke and Darius are “working things out.” The insider say that the two are not yet ready to reconcile, but they are both in therapy and are “taking steps to reuniting their family.”
This is quite a reversal.
In November 2023, Keke claimed Darius Jackson was abusive toward her throughout their relationship. She submitted evidence — which included footage of alleged abuse from Darius — and was quickly granted a temporary restraining order and temporary sole custody of their child.
In January, reports claimed the protection order was extended by six months as the pair’s follow-up court hearing was delayed to give them time to engage “in mediation before a private judge.”
Well the two are now on better terms.
Media Take Out confirmed that Keke and Darius’ next court date was scheduled for July 16. But Keke’s Palmer just dropped the case, and the two are working things out behind the scenes.
