Former Real Housewives of Potomac star Katie Rost is reportedly in treatment, following her viral, shady tweets against Ashley Darby.
In July, Katie revealed she had tied the knot. Her husband took over her X account to announce to fans that is currently getting some help.
“My wife is in treatment, I have her phone. TY, for the messages,” he wrote on Sunday night. “All that matters. She is okay.”

Katie roasted Ashley after she recently confirmed that she had a romantic encounter with the 27-year-old son of original cast member Charrisse Jackson-Jordan.
“We got to my house, and Jackson came in to use the bathroom,” Ashley said at the time. “When he was holding his hand out with my key, I went to take it, and he grabbed my hand and pulled me to him.” Letting out a dramatic sigh, she added, “I saw a different side of him that night.”
Katie Rost jumped into the conversation with her two cents.
Responding on X, Katie did not hold back. “As usual Ashley Darby is a STRAIGHT up h*e,” she wrote, adding, “she said I couldn’t marry a rich man, I did and now she is getting goodies from little boys. Ewwwww.”

Ashley previously admitted the two shared a kiss after a crab boil, but later suggested it was more than a one-time moment and described it as an ongoing situation. When a fan praised Katie for her shady take, she doubled down.
