Katie Holmes, the ex-wife of Tim Cruise and “Dawson’s Creek” alum, confirmed in a pretty racy shoot for People magazine that she and musician Bobby Wooten III are dating.
Katie, 43, and Bobby, 33, passionately kissed Thursday in Central Park. Then, the pair met up with Katie’s mother, Kathy, who hugged Bobby.

When the pair weren’t making out, they either walked hand in hand or with their arms wrapped around each other. The magazine reported that they eventually left the park to visit the Guggenheim Museum.
Bobby Wooten is a Grammy-nominated composer who might be best known as the high-energy bassist in David Byrne’s “American Utopia.” He’s also composed a number of popular R&B songs in the past decade.
Katie made her feature film debut in 1997 with a supporting role in Ang Lee’s The Ice Storm. Outside of film, Holmes made her Broadway theatre debut in a 2008 production of Arthur Miller’s All My Sons. In 2011, she portrayed Jacqueline Kennedy in the television miniseries The Kennedys, a role she reprised in The Kennedys: After Camelot (2017). She also played the part of Paige Finney on the third season of Showtime’s Ray Donovan in 2015. Holmes made her directorial debut with the 2016 film All We Had, in which she also starred.
Holmes’ marriage to actor Tom Cruise, which lasted from 2006 to 2012, led to a great deal of media attention. She has one child, a daughter, by Cruise.
