Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kathy Hilton has revealed that even though Garcelle Beauvais ghosted the cast of the Bravo series after storming off during the reunion, she actually had dinner with the Haitian beauty that night.
“I love and adore her. I called her, obviously, right when I walked off the set from the reunion and talked to her,” Kathy told Too Fab.
Kathy continued, “And then we ended up having dinner with a friend like two days later. I tried to not bring up too much because I just want her to know that she’s very loved and will be missed. And everybody was shocked.”
Viewers of the show will know that Garcelle was supposed to have dinner with Sutton Stracke after the filming, but left after feeling betrayed by her former best friend, who did not have her back even once during the reunion.
“I only came in at the tail end [of the reunion taping] because I’m not a full-time Housewife. So I’m just at the last three hours of the reunion. And I didn’t see anything building up. I had no idea. So I was like, ‘oh my God,'” Kathy added.
“I haven’t asked [what caused Garcelle walking off set] because I just don’t want to push. We all can read all these things. But I think it’s everybody just assuming this or that.”
Garcelle has since quit the show. Network exec, Andy Cohen, says he hopes Garcelle will eventually return to the show,
