In March, the Grand Dame of Potomac, Karen Huger, had her fans clutching their pearls after she was charged with a DUI and DWI following a car crash in Maryland.
Karen was driving her 2017 Maserati when the Montgomery County Police Department pulled her over.
The reality star was officially charged with driving a vehicle while impaired by alcohol and driving while under the influence of alcohol.
In a recent interview, Karen was asked whether her co-stars supported her after the incident. Apparently, some did not.
“I think human behavior really shows itself this season. I think viewers will appreciate that because I certainly handle it,” she told Entertainment Tonight.
She goes on, “I expected my friends to rally around me, and many did. Quite a few did not.”
Karen was also hit with several other charges, including driving a vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner endangering property, life, and person, as well as recklessly driving a vehicle in wanton and willful disregard for the safety of persons and property, failure to control vehicle speed on the highway to avoid a collision, driving a vehicle in excess of reasonable and prudent speed on the highway, driving a vehicle on the highway with suspended registration, and failure to notify administration of change of address within 30 days.
The aftermath of the crash can be seen in the upcoming season of the show.
Bravo recently dropped the first seven minutes of the premiere episode, and after watching, viewers accuse Karen of not taking accountability for her actions.
