Karen Huger from the Real Housewives of Potomac got $200K worth of facelift surgeries, Media Take Out confirmed.
Her doctor took to social media yesterday and explained that Karen, 60, recently dropped a big ole bag to get her face done. And she got some pretty extensive surgery, too. According to the doctor, Karen got a deep plane facelift, a brow lift, a lip lift, upper blepharoplasty, and a fat transfer
Media Take Out learned that the total costs of those procedures was a little more than $200,000.

The idea behind the surgeries was to remove her “pastiest surgery muppet face” in the before pic, and to make her look more natural. It’s a subtle change, but we like it.
