Kanye West has been sued by a former assistant for sexual harassment, breach of contract and wrongful termination.
Lauren Pisciotta says that when she worked with Ye for two years, the rapper allegedly sent her vulgar texts and that he even masturbated while on the phone with her. She was paid $1 million a year for the job which she says was 24/7.
She was reportedly promoted to earning $4 million a year but was fired in 2022.
Before she met Ye, she was working as an OnlyFans model until he hired her to work on his Yeezy women’s fashion line, and that she even worked with Ye on three tracks from his Donda album.
When Ye fired her, he offered her a $3 million severance package but she says he never paid up.
Pisciotta is suing for breach of context, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, hostile work environment, gender discrimination, unlawful retaliation and unpaid wages. She also wants the rapper to pay all of her legal fees, compensatory and punitive damages, penalties to be applied under relevant labor laws and any other damages the court may deem appropriate.
The woman claims that Ye sent a series of disturbing text messages, asking about the size of other men’s body parts.
