Kanye West is asking a judge to keep his history of antisemitic social media posts away from jurors when a former Donda Academy and Yeezy employee takes him to trial for alleged discrimination.
Benjamin Provo sued Ye in April 2024, claiming the rapper reprimanded him over dreadlocks he wore as part of his Muslim faith. Provo also alleges Black employees were treated less favorably than white workers and says he was fired after refusing to change his hair.
Ye denies wrongdoing.
His attorneys argue his inflammatory posts are irrelevant to Provo’s employment claims and question whether many of the posts in a 919-page report compiled by Provo’s team are even authentic.
The material reportedly includes a February 2025 X post in which Ye wrote, “I love Hitler. Now what bitches,” along with other posts declaring, “I’m a Nazi” and calling Hitler “soooo fresh.”
Those comments followed years of similar remarks. In 2022, Ye tweeted that he would go “death con 3 on JEWISH PEOPLE.” He later told Alex Jones he saw “good things about Hitler.”
Ye apologized again in January 2026, saying, “I am not a Nazi or an antisemite. I love Jewish people.”
His lawyers want the disputed posts excluded or reviewed before jurors see them.
