Kandi Burress From The Real Housewives Of Atlanta has her TV movie debut today. She and husband Todd Tucker produced a movie called THE PASS – which streams exclusively on Peacock beginning TODAY ahead of The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s season finale at 8pm ET/PT on Bravo.
THE PASS follows Nina (Drew Sidora) and Maurice (Rob Riley), a married couple who gives each other one night off from fidelity – a “hall pass.” Their lives quickly turn upside down as the one night of pleasure becomes a tool of deception.
We got an early screening of The Pass, and we have to say that we were surprised by Drew’s acting skills. One side of us thinks that she’s got lot of talent …. but the skeptical side of us says that she was just being herself, and she was going through some of the same stuff in her own marriage.
As Media takeout reported, Drew’s marriage broke up, around the same time as this movie was being filmed. Drew accused her husband of cheating on her in the months leading up to their split.
In contrast, Drew’s husband accused the Real Housewives of Atlanta star of carrying on a secret lesbian affair.
Anyways – it’s definitely worth the hour and a half of your time that it will take to watch it.
