The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kandi Burruss and her estranged husband, Todd Tucker, have reached a divorce settlement, bringing a major step toward closing their long marriage.
According to court records obtained by TMZ, the former couple notified the court on March 11 that they had reached a full and final agreement. The filing indicates the pair has worked out the key details of their split and is preparing to submit the remaining paperwork soon.
The documents reportedly include arrangements for child support and a parenting plan for their family. A judge asked Kandi, 49, and Todd, 52, to finalize and submit the settlement paperwork by next week.
The update comes months after the pair confirmed they had separated following more than a decade together. Kandi previously spoke about the emotional decision in a statement shared at the time.
“After deep thought and a lot of prayer, I’ve made the decision to move forward with a divorce,” she said. “This is a difficult and emotional time, but my focus remains on protecting my peace, being the best mother I can be, and co-parenting with love and respect.”
In recent months, the split has occasionally played out publicly, with Kandi alluding to a specific incident that compelled her to file for divorce.
