After a rumor circulated online about streamer Kai Cenat having a girlfriend, Kai finally confirmed the news to his fans.
The Twitch streamer has been linked to TikTok star Gabrielle Alayah and were even spotted on a baecation earlier this month in Turks and Caicos.

Kai Cenat is an American online streamer, YouTuber, and influencer specializing in comedic live streams and videos. As of 2024, he is the fifth most-followed Twitch streamer with 13 million followers and the most-subscribed Twitch streamer.

Kai Cenat also claimed that the Secret Service contacted him on behalf of Kamala Harris during her presidential campaign.
Kamala’s team denied the claims.
