K. Michelle says the Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion changed everything between her and Shamea Morton.
The season 17 newcomer revealed on Watch What Happens Live that she unfollowed Shamea after filming the reunion, confirming, “It was definitely reunion.”
K. Michelle said their relationship was more complicated than viewers realized and claimed she repeatedly tried to keep Shamea from feeling isolated.
“I wish they understood how much I’ve defended and really been a friend to Shamea,” she said. “I wish people could see even more of that.”
She also offered new context about Shamea’s Scotland fight with Porsha Williams. According to K. Michelle, Shamea had promised she wanted a peaceful evening before the dinner began.
“The first thing Shamea said was, ‘I’m off today. I don’t want any drama. Everyone leave me alone,’” she recalled.
K. Michelle later said she does not expect Shamea’s friendship with Kelli Potter to survive and believes the longtime bond between Shamea and Porsha is over.
The singer is currently trending online after going on a rant during her interview with The Breakfast Club about country music singer Shaboozey. K. Michelle claims he ghosted her after she requested a feature for her album and alleged that he does not like Black women.
