Justin Timberlake’s attorney says the singer is preparing to fight after was arrested and charged with DWI. His attorney is speaking out on behalf of the singer.
“I look forward to vigorously defending Mr. Timberlake on these allegations,” Edward Burke Jr. said in a statement. “I will have a lot to say at the appropriate time but am currently awaiting full discovery from the District Attorney’s office.”

Sag Harbor Police Department released a statement saying the singer was pulled over because he “was observed operating a 2025 BMW southbound on Madison Street, failing to stop at a duly posted stop sign and failing to maintain his lane of travel.”
According to TMZ, the star was out drinking heavily with his friends at the Swanky American Hotel in Sag Harbor and decided to drive himself home when their time came to an end.
During his arrest, officers say the singer shared that his arrest would mess up his tour. Timberlake recently launched a global tour to support his sixth album Everything I Thought It Was.
