Justin Timberlake Spotted Out ... Looking High On Narcotics!!

Justin Timberlake was arrested last week in The Hamptons, after police claim that he was driving under the influence of something.

As Media Take Out reported, Justin was relased from jail – but that his wife Jessica Biel didn’t come bail him out. There’s speculation that Justin may have substance abuse issues, and his wife Jessica may be looking for the exit in their marriage.

Today a video is circulating online, showing Justin acting strangely at a recent concert Many are suggesting that he look like he’s under the influence of some form of narcotic.
