Britney Spear’s memoir will soon be dropping and according to sources who know the deets of the contents…Justin Timberlake is going to be hella upset.
“Justin’s not going to be happy,” a source told Us Weekly, adding that the pop singer “goes after him hard.”
The former couple dated from 1999 to 2002. After they split, Timberlake famously released his video for “Cry Me a River,” implying that Britney cheated on him. A Britney lookalike was even used for the video.
In 2021, the drama resurfaced after a documentary, Framing Britney Spears was released…and he was forced to apologize.
“I’ve seen the messages, tags, comments, and concerns and I want to respond,” he wrote via Instagram at the time. “I am deeply sorry for the times in my life where my actions contributed to the problem, where I spoke out of turn, or did not speak up for what was right. … The industry is flawed. It sets men, especially white men, up for success. It’s designed this way.”
Britney’s book drops October 24th.
