Judge Who Sentenced Meek Mill In Hot Water For Misconduct!!

Media Take Out Staff |

A judge who once sentenced Meek Mill to years in prison, Genece Brinkley, has had all of her pending criminal cases reassigned and subjected to review by various lawyers and judges.

According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, attorneys and judges reportedly found a pattern of suspicious rulings and behavior, including levying illegal sentences, allowing sentences to run past their maximum date, and failing to “quickly address cases remanded to her by higher courts.”

On Instagram, Meek reacted to the news.

“The judge who sentenced Meek Mill to 4 years for doing a wheelie on a dirt bike had her criminal cases stripped. +50 of her cases were terminated by another judge over 2 days,” the post read.

In 2017, Brinkley sentenced Meek to two to four years in prison sentence for probation violations. The judge had connections to his former manager Charlie Mack and tried to pressure him to return to Mack to shout her out in one of his songs. He did not comply.
