The Game lost his latest legal battle against his sexual assault accuser, Priscilla Rainey, who accused the rapper of hiding his money from her in a shell company.
In 2021, she filed a new lawsuit against The Game, his manager Wack 100, and various companies alleging they had been creating shell companies to move money around to make it hard for her to seize, including several high-value assets, including his California mansion (estimated at $2.8 million), trademarks, and even cash funds to shell companies (JTT Holdings, Inc, F12 & Associates, 5th Amendment Entertainment, and Pass Go 2 Win LLC)…according to Radar Online.
The judge agrees with Rainey and ordered that JTT Holdings and The Game are “declared alter egos of each other and liable for Rainey’s judgment against [The Game].”
The home transfer from JTT Holdings to Wack must “set aside and rendered void to the extent necessary to satisfy the Underlying Judgment against [The Game]. Following entry of this Judgment, legal title shall be deemed to be held by JTT Holdings,” so that Rainey can file a lien against the property or move to have it sold off as well as JTT Holdings.
The judge says Rainey must be paid her $7 million in full.
