A Las Vegas judge has declined to immediately release Keefe D from jail, citing concerns over the source of his bail.
Duane “Keefe D” Davis is accused of orchestrating the murder of Tupac Shakur.
Yesterday, Clark County District Court Judge Carli Kierny heard arguments from prosecutors. Wack 100 posted 15% of Davis’ $750,000 bail, the amount required to post a bond through bail bond company.

Keefe, who has confessed multiple times to being connected to Tupac’s 1996 murder, denies shooting Pac. He says he was in the vehicle where the shots were fired from and that he even handed the shooter the gun.
According to prosecutors, Wack said he wanted to record interviews with Keefe D before and after his release but the judge says this would violate his order that Keefe D not be allowed to profit from his statements. The judge will now review all bank statements before making a ruling.
