A judge is ordering Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne to finalize her divorce from estranged husband Tom Girardi or dismiss her divorce case altogether.
Erika Jayne filed for divorce from Tom on November 3, 2020, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split. The filing came immediately after Tom was arrested and charged with embezzling money from the “widows and orphans” of victims of the 2018 Lion Air Flight 610 crash.
“Erika Girardi / Tom Girardi divorce. The family law judge has finally had enough and told her either get divorced or dismiss your case,” attorney Ronald Richards wrote on X.

Erika Jayne has consistently denied any knowledge of Tom’s crimes. Tom was sentenced to 87 months in federal prison and was also ordered to pay over $2 million in restitution.
