Juan Dixon and his fiance Robyn Dixon are not expected to return for next season of the Real Housewives of Potomac, Media Take Out has learned.
We spoke with a person close to RHOP production who told us that Robyn and her partner Juan are expected to leave the popular Bravo television show after this season ends.
And it’s not Bravo who wants them to leave either.
The friend explained, “Juan and Robyn are in full protection mode. This lawsuit is destroying their reputation, and they don’t want to be on the show until it gets cleared up.”
For those who haven’t been paying attention, Media Take Out reported earlier this week that Juan Dixon from The Real Housewives of Potomac has been named in a blockbuster lawsuit – that could take him down, and also take down the entire basketball program at Coppin State University, the HBCU where he coaches. (SEE FULL STORY HERE)
In the lawsuit, a former teenage basketball player claims that he was s**ually manipulated by one of the coaches under Juan at Coppin State. The player alleges in the lawsuit that Juan did not report the alleged s**ual misconduct between a male assistant basketball coach and the young men who was playing on the team on scholarship.
The production source tells Media Take Out that Juan is telling people at Bravo that he’s 100% INNOCENT. The production insider explained, “Juan says he’s innocent, and I believe him. We want him to talk about it on [The Real Housewives Of Potomac], but he and Robyn are leaving towards leaving the show, until it all gets sorted out.”
While we hate see Robyn and Juan leave the show … it’s probably the right decision.
