Actor Joshua Jackson and his ex-wife Jodie Smith have come to terms with child support and visitation Media Take Out has confirmed.
The Canadian actor and his gorgeous ex have agreed to joint custody of their minor daughter.
According to legal documents first published by The Blast, Joshua responded to Turner-Smith’s divorce filing after one month, and the estranged couple are on the same page with regard to the custody of their child.
In the filing, Joshua agrees with Jodie’s claim that “irreconcilable differences” are the reason for their breakup. He also agrees they should have joint legal and physical custody of their 3-year-old daughter, Juno Rose Diana.
He is also on the same page with the British model that their iron-clad prenuptial should dictate the terms of dividing their assets.
However, the Canadian actor fails to agree with Jodie on one thing — the date of separation. While the 37-year-old actress listed September 13, 2023, as their date of Separation, Jackson claims it was 17 days later, on September 30, 2023.
