Naveed Sarwar, The man who drove Jonathan Majors and Grace Jabbari on the night she alleges she was assaulted by the actor, says that he witnessed Jabbari putting hands on the Marvel star…and not the other way arounf.
“He was not doing anything,” Sarwar said in court about that night: “She was doing everything.”
Majors is facing charges of assault in the third degree with intent to cause physical injury, assault in the third degree recklessly causing physical injury, aggravated harassment in the second degree and harassment in the second degree.

He denies the allegations.
Last week, texts were revealed in court that appeared to show Majors admitting to assaulting Jabbari months before the altercation in June.
“I fear you have no perspective of what could happen if you go to the hospital,” Majors texted his then-girlfriend. “They will ask you questions, and as I don’t think you actually protect us, it could lead to an investigation even if you do lie, and they suspect something.”
