John Legend addressed the allegations against Sean “Diddy” Combs afte the video of Cassie shock to nation.
Legend worked alongside Diddy on a song last year.
“I was horrified by the descriptions that I read before the video evidence came out,” he told CNN . “And absolutely it’s something that needs to be brought to light when it happens.”
Diddy denied Cassie’s allegations and accused her of suing him to make some fast money, until the video of him dragging anf kicking her at a hotel back in 2016 went viral.
“My default stance is to believe women when they make these accusations and to make sure that we do whatever we can to support women” said Legend, adding that he hopes the alleged victims are “heard and that any kind of accountability and reparations can be made to make these women whole again.”
Diddy has been quiet since his public apology for the violence displayed in the video.
