Jesse Williams’ battle with ex-wife Aryan is heating up again. Last week, Media Take Out reported that the actor had his child support payments lowered, from $40,000 a month to just $6,000.
Part of the court’s reasoning behind the lowered payments, is that Aryan and Jesse have joint custody of the couple’s two kids.
Well, Aryan is hoping to change the custody arrangement, Media Take Out has learned. And she’s gone to Instagram to explain why a change is needed.
She asked her fans, “Is it good for the health and wellness of a 7yr and 8yr old to be taken out of school on a regular basis to fly cross country overnight on a red eye to be on the ground for two days?”
Jesse has reportedly petitioned the court to have weekend visitation for the children. The problem is that Aryan and the kids live in Los Angeles, and Jesse is staying in New York City for the time being.
According to Jesse’s ex, it’s too much for the kids to fly out to New York on weekends to see their father, especially when they have school.
Aryan added, “Is it reasonable for them to return dazed and confused and then be expected to pick right up and survive at school the rest of the week?”
According to Aryan, she now plans to petition the court for modified FULL custody – to stop Jesse from forcing their children to have such a crazy schedule.
Of course – once the custody arrangement is changed, she would likely be entitled to more in child support.
