Jesse Williams is back in court with his ex-wife Aryn Drake-Lee, accusing her of blocking him from seeing and speaking to his children.
Williams wants the court to grant him a 50/50 split in their custody, according to court documents obtained by TMZ, and says she only lets him have one or two overnight stays over the school year.
The actor says Aryn blocks and intrudes on his FaceTime calls with the children and blocks the kids from attending activities he signs them up for. According to Williams, Aryn even intentionally plans vacation schedules to disrupt his scheduled time with the kids.
The Grey’s Anatomy star believes she is “causing drama and trying to fracture our children’s experiences with me is far more important to Aryn than their peace, health, and happiness.”
In 2022, the custody battle turned nasty after Aryna’s child support payments were lowered from $40,000 per month to $6,000…leaving Aryn furious.
At the time, Jesse said he struggled to find work that paid as well as the ABC drama. Earlier this year, he starred in the Broadway show Take Me Out but was only making $1,600 per week. He told the court that his ex was an Ivy League graduate who had previously made six figures working as a real estate broker in California and New York.
